CPU QB throwing the ball away/decision making

After the patch, I've been noticing that the computer QB constantly throws the ball away out of bounds. I'm talking about like...50% of computer passes are just throw aways.

They also seem to stick exclusively to checkdowns in the passing game.

Has anyone else noticed this? If so, does anyone have any suggestions for fixing it? My first thought is to bump up QB accuracy, but I feel like that may just lead to the robo QB we all know.

It's a big problem this year with madden. I'm still looking for a way to stop it from happening.

I've been play testing for the past 2 hours. Bumping QB acc from the 25 listed in most AP slider sets to 40 has cut back the # of throw aways significantly.

It seems like the low accuracy makes the QB panic.
