Raising QB accuracy sort of helps (at least 45 is good). I lower WR catching to compensate (45 has been good as well). Raising pass blocking is also helpful as the WRs have more time to run their routes. As soon as the QB feels pressure, he will throw it to the RB or TE; that's just how the game is programmed, so raising pass blocking sort of compensates.
I've been able to get WRs involved, but it's not consistent. I've seen stretches where the CPU will throw exclusively to WRs, and it's great. I think the only permanent fix would be tweaking the playbooks. I don't think changing TE play types has enough of an effect; tried this in CFM.
