Which direction do I need to change the sliders to make player ratings matter?

For example, which direction do I need to raise WR Catching to ensure that wide-outs with 99 CTH, 99 CIT, 99 SPC does not drop balls?

Which direction do I need to I need to go to ensure that 90+ offensive linemen does not get beat every play while also maintaining the balance of keeping bad offensive linemen terrible?

Which slider besides the interception slider control INTs?

the first thing I would say is you have to play all pro to get a overall balance of the game

50 is baseline, where the game is tuned.

Up would increase the chances but 50 should be the most realistic imo

Thanks for the responses. I play in a online CFM league and we have guys with 99 in everything still dropping passes when they get it. WR Catching were on 50 but it was raised to 65 this past season.
