Lower Yards

Hello everybody like always I'm here adjusting sliders to get the best sim experience possible lol. I believe I've found a pretty decent base set now I just need some help in tuning them which is where you all can help. I'm very loosely educated on what each slider actually tweaks. My situation is this..

I notice after a few games both sides tend to have too many passing yards for each respective QB rating. Rush yards are alright the only problem being the CPU sometimes blows me out of the water on run plays (more than one 50 yard+ play) , some games even having outstanding run numbers, again bad when comparing them to their ratings. I need help to better these situations and have a few ideas but would like some feedback on them.

Lower quarter time, lower blocking, lower accuracy.
