I'm curious to hear what the slider developers around here think about the effect that the coaching adjustments have on the game. From a "sim" standpoint, the concept is nice, but are the results "sim"? This question is coming from an online user vs user sim league standpoint, in case that helps.

I have tried them twice and I keep suffering worst case scenarios... penalties in bunches. I gave up.
