Do I set the setting to Auto Spend after I adjusted the sliders? I know in the past you preferred us manually upgrading the AWR to a certain level depending on whether or not they were starters, backups, etc.

That's out the window this year with the new scheme based progression system. You can let the cpu do it for you or do it yourself. Doing it yourself will let you mold the player how you want him to fit your scheme (I recommend this) but you can do it either way. It's up to you.

I’d never used XP sliders before but I’m now a fan. Enjoying seeing my Agile young OLinemen develop as I need to retool my IND OL to fit the scheme that best matches the ootb roster.

I’m not Tdawg but I think he previously stated that it doesn’t matter this year with the new scheme progression system. I do weekly and I progress my players whenever they get a skill point.
