I don't believe so. The Origin version is PC.

Slow game speed currently has the "stuck in the mud" delay upon hand off to your RB. HUM controlled RB to be specific, it doesn't have an effect on CPU RB.

Ohh yea the delay is real by the time you take 2 steps the defense is on ya hope they will have a day one patch has anyone seen in the replay the crowd bouncing it looks really weird ???

Noted; I'll keep a lookout for it IF I do try out slow speed.
