Re: Madden 19 CPU vs CPU Sliders

First quarter of Week 3 of my TEMP IND CFM. This was straight default All Pro, 11 min quarters w/ 20 sec runoff. As you can see, Ajayi was doing his thing.

Re: Madden 19 CPU vs CPU Sliders

I was under impression that whenever you selected to play as could vs cpu or moved both controllers to middle after starting a game, that difficulty got reset to Rookie no matter what level you originally set I know this holds true in play now...is it different in cfm?

Not a problem with cfm, the controller isnít in the middle. It still shows rookie in Play now like you mentioned, but the sliders to change how it plays on Play Now. So in CFM you super sim and the controller is in the middle.

Re: Madden 19 CPU vs CPU Sliders

Getting close to honing in on an All Madden set.

Still working on pass deflections and drops. Everything else looks good.

Need to play more games to see how different teams play.

When INJURY is set to 10, the run game canít get going. When i bumped it to 15, the run game blasted open.

Also turning PREEXISTING INJURIES OFF helps with the Injury Bug.

To make it somewhat interactive, i sometimes call timeouts for the team im controlling. Say my teams on defense and the other teamís on a long drive, the defense is bending but not breaking, and itís 3rd and goal at the 6, Iíll call a timeout to give the d a rest. Big third down on offense, iíll Call the timeout.

Itís kind of cheating because the cpu team canít do it and wonít do it, but they also usually have all their timeouts near the halfís end unless the challenge and miss on a review. The cpu having timeouts at the end of halves evens it out.

I Donít always do this. Just an idea.

Maybe just limit it to one timeout. Like an extra life in Mario Brothers. That way, while youíre watching, youíre playing the game, ďShould i use my timeout here.Ē Because during injury timeouts and halftime, since last year, it seems like the teams are making adjustments. You also give the cpu controlled time a rest and time to strategize as well.
