Another possible discovery. NOT 100 percent sure on this, but thereís an auto advance to next week option in online cfm,itís in league settings where you turn on/off scouting, fill rosters, sign free agents. not sure if auto advance to next week is in offline play. seems like the game is more consistent from week to week when auto advance is turned ON.
In Offline CFM, it needs to be OFF for every team or it will advance to the next week after the game playing CPU vs CPU.

Not if youíre only using one team. Most guys, including me, just want to follow one team. Now thereís sometimes where i see rookies playing for teams im going against and ill watch them in offline cfm. Or just watch the game of the week. But itíd take forever to watch one season if you watch every team.

Personally, I find it way more fun to use one terrible team like the Cardinals or Giants and build them back up through the draft/trades while watching ONLY that team play their games. I've done this for years and it's extremely satisfying to watch your 3-13 team turn into a 12-4 team a few years down the line.

One team okay, I control all 32 so I need it OFF

Any advice in how to take a team from nowhere to contender? It's something I'd like to try to do after my current season finishes. Right now I'm watching every game without getting involved in daily management tasks, a spectator if you will.

Next season I'm considering getting involved and trying to do exactly what you say

Youíre the only person who plays that way. Seems like everybody else if focused on one team. This is for those guys.

To reiterate, since itís buriedóturn advance to next week as automatic in cfm league settings. Iím not having to delete profiles and junk this way. Still early, but this s holding up for a while now. Trying different teams to see if they play as consistent whilst doing auto advance.

Just picked the bills to test a few games and in the offseason i tried to sign the veterans, didnít worry about scheme fit. Did this more on defense than offense and itís paying off in the first game. All the experience.

It's not as common but I'm not the only person.
