I think your roster is based on the release day roster update, not the out of the box version.

Hey, Instant C1a55ic. Thanks for taking this on. I was beginning to regret getting the game on XBone if it meant I wouldn't be able to get my hands on a roster that had the traits edited.

How can I help? I also have a job and two young kids, so time is limited, but if I can help I will. How would that work? Do we just keep sharing a roster that has the combined edits and swap it back and forth?
