Last change:
WR In/out: 95/93

This seems to help the QB go to not just the WRs more, but also to the best WR available.

What's the reason for playing key moments? I feel like that would affect QB accuracy.

To have an impact on the game without calling every play. The way Madden is designed, coach mode is not properly implemented, so this is a decent middle-ground.

Why do you think it would affect QB accuracy?

In my head as I write this, when you take control of the team, the game gives the user team a slight advantage in the passing game. I played Atlanta vs Philly last night. Wentz got banged up early and sat out the first half and Foles went 5/5 when I played key moments before Wentz went back into the game. It just seemed like the CPU defense which had dominated the first half went away and got more conservative. I may need to test some more games, but this is just an initial reading.

This is going to seem like some kind of anti-Coach Mode Diatribe, but it isnít. I love coach mode. Wish it was doable. But here it goes.

Itís always going to be out of whack with coach mode. Users are pressing buttons and it affects the game in crazy ways. Lots of crazy comebacks, sometimes itís your team, making the comeback. Your team will be so hot, coming back every game, then you hit a slump and the cpu can;t lose like you couldnít lose in that 4 game win streak. I actually see the cpu/hum get cheated more on coach mode than when you straight up play the game and control all the players.

Gave up on Coach Mode in 25. Wish it was still doable, but it just isnít, if you want a fair game with no bending and cheating. But like i said, with coach mode, the bending/cheating goes both ways. Very unstable gameplay and itís even worse now since you have to hold buttons down on defense.

On 25, I had a coach mode CFM going with the Cowboys. Made Saban the coach. He traded for a couple of bama guys. First couple of games played decent, but It was when I got to the middle of the season when the craziness happened. The Pats played me on Monday night football and they could do no wrong. Was down 34-7 in the fourth quarter when 73 rated AJ McCarron lit up the Pats. Now these balls he was throwing, looked like magnets. The game got real crazy with animations and momentum. McCarron couldnt be tackled. He looked like the other guy, Brady. Mccarronís passes would get tipped, but his wrs could catch. It was some of the most ridiculous junk Ive ever seen.

But I was loving it when it happened. And the next 3 games, my coached team was on absolute fire. Could not be stopped. But the final 4 games of the regular season, I was like the pats in the comeback I made. Could no nothing right. The whole thing was rigged.

A few weeks ago, on this very thread, I seen you guys were having these amazing comebacks and I kinda snickered. Wait til the coach mode madden gods donít want the human side to win.

Even with cpu vs cpu in cfm, you have to take precautions with certain settings to get the game to play like the controller is in the middle. If you donít take these precautions, youíll get crazy games like this that play off a script.

It's unfortunate that Madden is scripted this way. I know it's scripted.

Sometimes, if you start a game and a certain injury to a player occurs, back out and restart, it will occur again. No matter what. I've seen it.

Not much I can really do about it. I did make it to week 10 of my CFM though, which is the farthest I've ever made it in Madden over the past few years.

But reading your post makes me question what the point is. My entire goal in playing any sports game is to make sure ratings affect the outcome. I've been able to achieve that in every other sports game, but Madden has frustrated me for years.
