If I read your question correctly, you're asking if you just use his draft classes if you're going to use his (THAT FRANCHISE GUY) Roster? I would say, yes. If you use his roster it would be recommended to use his draft classes to balance the league as you complete season after season. If you use generated EA draft classes mixed with his roster, the rookies coming in will be over powering based on how EA rates players attributes compared to TFG.
