I take it this was 10 years? Wow, I'm shocked at the tackles! I'll have to revisit them. That's really good news since it seems like they're hard as hell to progress.

Cool, thanks. Gonna do some extensive testing this afternoon and see what happens when I sim to 20.

I'll sim another 10 with these. Only problem I see, not many people will play 10 plus season just to finally see the ratings settle down, you know?

The league is what it is. It's fully possible we're entering a QB golden age. If we can't accept that, we have to decide what sacrifice we do want to make.

Interesting results so far. Two different approaches to xp sliders, but very similar results. In terms of how the special teams play out, I will be trying to to progress kickers and punters at a slower rate to reduce their efficiency.

Doing a ton of analysis right now.

Draft classes typically look as follows, based on a 3 class study so far. I plan to do ten.

10x 80+
66x 75-79
128x 70-74
136x 65-69
99x 60-64
21x 54-59

Average: 68.9 (the default roster's average is 72.3 OVR, so "balanced" would be for the average drafted player (69 OVR, Normal dev) to gain... 3-4 points total in his career

Highest seen: 83
Lowest seen: 54

86.5% Normal Dev
10.0% Quick Dev (Average 75 OVR)
3.0% Star Dev (Average 76 OVR)
0.5% Superstar Dev (Average 78 OVR)
(Note: These are among the 224 drafted players. There really is no good way of checking to see how many undrafted have higher than normal dev traits without exporting. A few cursory checks have revealed none at all.)

I'm posting this kind of information in both XP threads because I think it'll be good to have 2 sets to choose from, each with a different focus.
