To the slider gurus.What slider(s) stops the super jumping LBs?

Ok so i used the search tool here, and didnt get an answer. I really do not have time to search thru hundreds of pages here to find this info.

I would really appreciate if someone here could just tell me and explain to me simply what sliders need to be set at what numbers to keep these superman lbs off the field. my league would greatly thank you.

It seems like madden.. In order to make pass defense tough.. Brought back super linebackers...something that plagued the game until madden 2013.

In madden 2012 i made a roster that dropped all their jump ratings by 20..that seemed to help... This year... Im not sure.. I think more touch passes are required by user to succeed

I agree with schnaidt1 re: more touch passes. That will definitely help reduce the amount of passes that are swatted down by LBs.

Additionally, the high motor trait is a major factor here. Turn that off and you will see a significantly different dynamic in gameplay from top to bottom. The game becomes less juiced. High motor triggers certain animations that make players appear superhuman. Turning high motor off doesn't completely rectify what is built under the hood, but it will help reduce these types of animations drastically.

I've released a roster set in to the community - Check out my thread for more detail.

High Motor is off for everyone and LB's have 'Play Ball In Air' trait set to 'Conservative'. This helps with the overly aggressive pass D from the LB's over the middle.

Reaction times seem to be really off this year.

DB react like snails to balls. And actually what I've noticed sometimes is that they don't really react at all until the ball is in the air.


On the other hand, LB's and even DE's react extremely quickly to balls. It just seems so off.

Sorry but I respectfully disagree. I see all players react very quickly. And definitely when the ball is in the air or after a handoff.
