I adjusted the Tackle slider, zero is supposed to be true speed, I tightened everything up.
Things have to happen over time with 15 min quarters or they get blown up.
Something changed, the offense was always on the high side but it got ridiculous.

Re: cdcool's 15 min Quarter: CPU vs CPU (Watched General Manager) sliders

I feel that the speed threshold needs to go up. I had Jay Ajayi rush for 240 yards against the Falcons in Week 1. Then I had LeSean McCoy rush for around 110-120 yards before halftime against the Ravens. He had multiple breakout runs, averaging around 10 YPC. Then Chris Ivory had a 68 yard TD out of nowehere. The Bills shut down the Ravens before Halftime. I had to quit the game because it didn’t feel right at all.

I feel that the running backs are breaking way too many tackles and having too many breakout runs. Other aspects of the game feel fine to me. I changed the sliders to:

Pass Blocking 90
Tackles 35

I’m gonna test out a game with those settings plus the speed threshold up to 40 to see if it’ll stop the crazy running game. Also to see if it’ll limit some big breakout receptions as well.

I believe I have similar, from the stats I posted, you can see the difference.
I have a game playing now.

I only play on the PC! but should work for the Console also if you play the way I do.

I've watched over 8 weeks of CPU vs CPU games in slow Supersim where I control all 32 teams.

These sliders work for the way I play, Watching every game with 15-minute quarters using Slow Supersim End Game. NOT PLAYING or calling plays

You are the GM making GM decisions for every team and watching the results. Not mixing simmed games with played games.

I'm happy with the results, I've tried multiple settings and these work as good as I can get in Madden 19 PC.

If you decide to try them, use every setting I have posted or you will not get the same results.

Check em out and let me how they are working for you :-) please watch at least 3 full games before commenting. Thanks

Pass completion percentages are good: 60's-70's
Passing Yards are good: 200's - 300's (400 are rare)
Running game is is good: 100+ yards will happen
Yards per Carry are good: 4.5 and higher
Receiving is good: Drops are reasonable
TLF's are good: just had a game with 9
Sacks are good: Just had a game with 3 seen as many as 8 (Second patch increased sacks)
Interceptions are good: 0-4
Pass Deflections are reasonable and varied
Kicking Game is good, getting Touchback's on Kickoff's
Injuries are just right

Gonna have to try these out! Were these used with that Jets/Browns game you watched? Those stats look pretty good. The rushing game looks good; passing as well. Hope the RBs aren’t breaking tons of tackles. I also like how the scores aren’t super high.

Any excessive breakout runs? And have you tested it on other games? Wondering if you’ve had a game with some higher passing yards (300-400 range).
