Penalties are updated on the OP
Penalties are important and should affect games but not overly. Penalty testing is a time-consuming process if done correctly.

Based on testing and looking at NFL penalty stats per game, I'm getting the proper number of penalties per game with good variations.

The False Start Slider, may affect other penalty sliders, multiple False Starts is an issue at 52. I have stepped down to where I am now.

With my sliders, you need to watch the entire 15-minute game, they are realistic and enjoyable. I'm not concerned about how long the games or seasons take, it's the end result after watching an hour of Football time.
