How many of you play on all-madden with sliders with sliders? Tips?

I think the best top and/or advice came from my buddy Trojan, who taught me that you can't call the same exact play on defense more than 2 maybe 3 times. You have got to mix up variations.

*Give them different looks. And this one takes a little time in free practice, but for the first time that I can remember, it is possible and sensible to actually play as a CB. Learn to take one receiver out of every play sometimes with manual press.

*On 3rd and anything longer than 5, set the adjustment to agressive for pass rush. Prep7are to eat 2-4 offside calls, but it's so worth it.

*Stop blitzing. Seriously. Cut it way, way back.

*Lean heavily on your scheme and what you under. I play cover 3 almost all the time.

I used to be (and still occasionally am) an avid user of the coaches suggestions. But unfortunately, is those all game and the same looks start popping way too often, and by the 3rd qtr they start to know what your doing.

Even when calling the same play, mix it up. Save that 3-3-5 nickle look until late in the 3rd then give em hell. Shift. Shade. It all helps.

On offense, and this is somewhat of a sad reflection of the game..but you sometimes need to call a run with the purpose of audible to a pass, and vice versa. The CPU does NOT select a play based on the score, personnel, situation, ect, they wait until you pick and then pick the best play specifically for that. It's pretty dumb.
