Yes, my email should be already verified. Is there a spot in the User CP to confirm that it has been registered as verified?

I'd keep them the same because if you raise them the incoming draft classes will be out of whack. Just my opinion.

You can start now and be fine. The last few positions are just to fine tune. They won't go up or down very much at all.
