What I do when I have an Enforcer on my own team is that I go to the edit player screen and change his position. I then save it and then go back and edit him back to his original position. What this will do is "re-roll" his superstar abilities to remove the enforcer trait. You may have to repeat this a couple of times, but it works.

I do NOT do this for players on CPU teams personally, we can adjust our play style to compensate for that trait when we go up against it.

Just for transparency, I did add an item to the OP this morning, which is adding the use of superstar abilities as a 'requirement' of this set.

I finally spent a little time with them off (to test out a theory someone proposed) and it quickly became clear that the game is very much tuned with them "on" and that it makes a significant difference to gameplay quality.

does he play differently then?
or does he still tackle as well or does he lose his way of playing?

He will tackle well still but it will tone down those huge hits

There's nothing 'funky' about the setting (i.e. nothing I've noticed that suggests it has a weird and unexpected impact). But, I do feel it puts you in very weird matchups a lot. Also, there are plenty of times that I prefer not having a play flipped because while the coverage alignment might be 'off', I may have numbers on the other side that I have a play called that can exploit it. To me, it's a lot like calling your own plays - it's way more satisfying to call your own.

Re: JoshC1977's Madden 20 CFM-only Sliders (User vs CPU Only)

Can folks using the current OP setup provide me with the final scores from any games played so far (even if you've just played 1 or 2)? No commentary or other stats needed. It can be a very simple list of just scores.

I'm seeing a possible trend in my games but I am 95% sure it is more to do with how I play and my team's construction vs an imbalance. This is really for my own sanity than anything, so I'd really appreciate any responses.
