I know it probably shouldve been obvious but I also stumbled across matt10 youtube video explaining pass reaction slidder and he said that one is backwards to get db's coverage tighter and it's working really well at 1. I don't believe any of the sliders are backwards, but pass coverage needs to be patched

I'm seeing a lot better coverage reaactoon with it at 1 and also seeing more pass interference calls as well..offensively and defensively. His theory was if it's over or at the default then the defensive player runs too fast and puts them out of position basically below the default it slows them down to not overreact to the routes.

So after tweaking the slider on pro level a bit more seeing what I think are pretty good results from mobile QB's running a bit better. Since the patch I haven't seen the wierd drop 30yds back and take a sack. I've actually seen guys either throw it away or try and get a few yards. Cam gashed me for 75yds on 10car. McCaffrey was balanced rushing 20 for 65yd and catching for another 40 on 4catches. QB play was good on newton's part spreading it around between his two top receivers and his TE. I did have the ineligible rec. Penalty on. Also saw late penalties of the pass interference kind. Offensively moore grabbed trufants arm and it prevented him from picking a pass late after trufant beat him to the spot on a post route.
Turning pass coverage up and reaction time down you get tougher cpu pass defense. Sacks total in the game were 5. I'd seen over 12 before the patch so I'm good with 5 total...I adjust pass protection at the line alot of the time...AI also challenged two plays and for possession on the sideline and a catch in the back of the endzone. Some goodstuff on pro setting!

Played 2 games with the sliders and my RB stats were out of control. 8 out of 10 runs were 15+ yards. I tuned run blocking back down to 50 and it seems to be much more realistic.

Currently trying to figure out how to get the QB completion percentage down. Turned down QB Acc and WR catching by 5 points. I tried upping pass coverage but all it did was make the QB hold onto the ball longer and take more sacks.

Agreed, the update I've been working on should clean some of that up

Version 2.5 Updates

Game Options
-Quarter length decreased to 12 minutes, 18 second play clock
This should fine tune total snaps to be closer to the 128 NFL average

-Player speed parity scale decreased to 25
Player movement, cutting and overall pace feels much better here. Run game also feels more fluid and results vary more depending on RB, o-line and d-line.

Penalties
-False start increased to 65
-Offensive holding increased to 65
-Roughing the passer increased to 60

Skill Sliders
-WR catching increaed to 55
-Run blocking decreased to 50
-Defensive holding decreased to 50 (slider appears only in CFM)

Traits and Edits
-All LBs high motor should be on
This helps a bit with getting short and intermediate pass coverage tightened up more consistently.

-Kickers should have 80 awareness and 85 kick power max
-Punters should have 75 awareness and 85 kick power max
This helps the AI kick fewer long FGs and makes sure punters aren't being used as kickoff specialists. I just change these attributes for whoever I am playing against before the game.
