LOL. Wouldn’t it be something if setting the play mode as “arcade” instead of “simulation” was the magic trick all along? The main pet peeve I’ve always seen in CPU vs CPU games is the lack of aggressiveness and urgency by the CPU on offense. Too many times I’ve seen it pass the ball on the first two downs and pick up a total of 6 yards only to run the ball on 3rd down for a pick up of 2 or 3 yards leading to a punt. You’ll also see some stat line such as the QB completing 8 of 13 passes for 27 yards.

This arcade setting and what you’re seeing has me on the edge of my seat. I can’t wait to try it out! Thank you for sharing your findings.

That's great to hear, I'm glad you're giving it a shot! What you were seeing was the exact basis on why I tried out and went with Arcade over Sim. I was seeing way too many check-downs and short passes to the TE's on Sim. On Arcade, I see a good mix of throws down the field and the CPU is generally more aggressive. This has made for some very exciting and unpredictable games!
