I use CFM offline and I have been seeing injuries, both in game and in simulation.

To avoid the crash, you need to disconnect your console from the internet before you start Madden (so I imagine this only works for offline CFM).

The easiest way to disconnect the console from the internet on PS4 is to uncheck the "Connect to Internet" box in network settings. I think XB1 has a similar process.

I am now 5 games in (4 preseason and 1 regular season game) and have experienced no problems while playing offline on the XBOX One

So it’s the online that is causing the issue. I didn’t have this issue when I played the defense as a lineman. But then I struggle a bit. They don’t play as well with me controlling. L1 does not work anymore. I may need to control a linebacker I guess.

Playing the franchise offline should solve the issue

SLIDER UPDATE
-QB Accuracy increased to 60
-Pass Blocking increased to 55
-WR Catching decreased to 35
-Reaction Time increased to 50
-Interceptions decreased to 45
-Pass Coverage increased to 65
-Player Speed Parity Scale decreased to 55
-Fatigue increased to 50

Auto-Subs:
I have gone back to using default auto subs. They don't work consistently at all this year, regardless of fatigue setting. Instead, I am using formation subs for RB rotation. I go through my opponent's formation subs before the game I play, and usually place the backup RB in every other formation. Sometimes, you'll even get three RB rotations this way e.g. if you have two 3DRBs that are good and only 1 true power RB, like the Dolphins do with Gaskin-Breida-Howard. If the primary RB is 95+ like Henry in TEN, I leave the subs alone.

I may increase quarter length, but not sure yet.

Updated the sliders within my franchise with your recent adjustments and I must say, great job with your testing It was a nail biter between the Vikings/Seahawks in Week 5. The Vikings won it with a game winning FG as time expired in the 4th, 24-21....

Some more tweaks coming. There are a few more drops than I would like right now, even though completion percentages are much better. A few too many sacks too, seeing if there's anything that can be done about that.
