Hey y'all, just popping in to share my updated settings.

15 mins, 13 second runoff
25 INJ, 55 FAT, 99 THRSH

All HUM sliders 50

CPU sliders 50, except 6 QBA, 45-46 TAK

All assists on. SS abilities on.

This works beautifully (to my tastes) for offline franchise with the current patch and for cloud franchises with the current patch.

I've been running the AP set on the OP. It plays pretty well.

I am playing around with the TAK values for both the HUM and CPU at the moment. Other than that, I don't foresee any other changes to the AP set.

Once I left AM for AP, it was tough to go back to AM. AP animates so much better than AM. But, it's just not competitive at default values. If you're a decent Madden player and you're being honest with yourself, you know this.

Messing with the BLK sliders to give the CPU adequate space is often paramount, followed by "perceived" and real pursuit (TAK sliders) when it comes to extracting more competition out of the CPU.

I'd even be willing to go as far as increasing the CPU QBA if needed; I don't see the need, but it is an option. You can essentially get AM competition out of the CPU by doing this, without losing the way the game animates on AP.

So for AM sliders is it needed to go up to 75 on the speed threshold? At 50 I was getting good games, though i found myself having to play zone defense more because when i play man there seems to always be a big separation between my dbs and the cpu wrs. Maybe the threshold will fix this?

Rogue likes to play @ 99 threshold. I haven't tried that yet, but I did like 75. To be honest, you can sit @ 50 if you're getting results that you like.

I am leaving threshold @ 50.

Like Ren, I think that the threshold setting can be a personal preference thing.

In my own opinion, 99 tightens coverage up, and spacing in general, which I find useful on AM. To each his own on that, but that's my rationale.
