Playmakers Pro sliders is what im using atm with great results with 7 games in. I use All 22 cam and I use the Safeties to play defense. I play a little weird tho. I let the CPU control the safeties after hiking the ball as this is only available in Pro Mode. Then when the ball is near me or ball carrier is near me, I take control of that player. Unorthodox but makes it more fun!

How do you do that? Do you hold L1 like years past or dont touch anything?

Sometimes. Not often. I only use R1 if I lost the angle of pursuit and i'm nearby. L1 doesn't work the way it did in the past. Before, it would pursue the ball carrier. Now it just mans up whoever is closest to you. I think it's broken imo. I just let go of the joystick and the CPU takes over from there. You can get control of your player anytime. But letting go of the joystick, the cpu puts the defenders on their assigned areas according to the defensive playart. it will auto pursuit the ball carrier as well.
