Servers Barely Working

Is anyone else having issues with the servers when playing MUT? I’ll open the objectives menu and when going back to main menu I get the “servers cannot process request” pop up. I’ll log back in, play a challenge, and afterwards get the same pop up. It’s like I can complete one task each time before I get kicked back to the game’s main menu. It did this a bit the last three days, but never this bad.

I’ve been having these issues since purchase on 8/7. Last week I contacted EA and was first told it was my Xbox. Once I told them this was the only game I was having connectivity issues with, he did some troubleshooting and eventually switched me to a different server. The issue went away.

Until last night. Last night while playing I started having the exact same issue. I just spent the last two hours talking to EA. They tried to blame my ISP this time. I once again told them I wasn’t having issues with any other game, including other EA games. They had me create a new gamertag to see if I still had the issue. I did, of course, so now they have escalated my case to a “technician specialist” and I have to wait for them to email me “in a few days with a resolution.”

Keep us posted. I had this happen to me 3x in the second half of the last full game rookie gauntlet solo. I was ready to throw my Xbox out the window
