Solo Challenge Super Bowl freeze

I bought Madden when it first came out and never played it.

Decided to do something different and started MUT. I invested $20 to get some pack that gave me a start

Went through the entire solo challenges to the very end. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 to 13 times in a row my game has frozen in the third quarter of the Super Bowl and my only option is to press the PS button and start a different game in order to get out of Madden altogether

Researched the problem and it seems like there’s no fix yet. How have you guys gotten past this?

Wow, in the 15 years I’ve been a member here, I’ve never experienced an unanswered question.

Does this mean I’m the only one seeing this? I called Sony support and they had me do both number 4 and then number 5 from safe mode.

Game still freezing at same time. None of my other games have any problems.

Where do I turn from here?
