Dumb question - puzzle pieces?

In a fantasy draft what do the puzzle pieces next to players names mean?

I assume it's the same as on a regular roster in that the player fits the scheme you are running.

That was what I sort of thought but with so many injuries in the 1st QTR I was thinking I picked all the players with missing limbs or injury prone LOL

It simply means they are a scheme fit for your current coach. This gives them an XP boost in training and games
