Im not sure if im screwed or not but I signed up for one month of EA play on my Playstation and wanted to try out Madden 23. I havent played Madden on my Playstation account since Madden 19. However, when I went to start my game I was prompted to reset my password. I found that my PSN account was linked to an EA account that has been deactivated.
Now here is where the problem lies. The EA account that is deactivated is associated with an email account that I no longer have access to nor remember. EA support found my PSN account that was linked to the deactivated account but cant unlink it until I reactivate it which I cant since I dont have access to the email account i used to set up my EA account back in the day.
I guess I wont be playing any EA games soon if I cant get my PSN unlinked from the deactivated EA account. I wish we could unlink our PSN accounts from within PSN but that is not possible.
