I can’t say I worry too much about stats presentation on player cards. With the little I know about programming and at my work we have a “hit list” and I’m guessing it’s just not a high enough priority to give a …. And I’m ok with that. The game is fun, it’s a game to enjoy, nothing will ever be to everyone’s standards.

I understand, but I've worked at 4 multi-billion dollar companies over the last 25 years and all have had resource limitations depending on what part of the business or what the activity/function happens to be.

Then you should be more than familiar with the idea of departmentalization and understand that the guy doing towels and T-shirt’s has literally zero to do with sim stats.

It's about the return on the investment. What portion of people playing the game are going to notice, let alone be bothered by the bug?

I would suggest moving to text sims if you are overly concerned about stats. Games like Front Office Football 8 or the football sims from Wolverine Studios are probably always going to get stats better than games that are full presentations like Madden.

I'm not arguing that the guys doing towels should also have input into sim stats nor surprise that there isn't one big pot of gold being spend just on what this group wants; I'm responding to someone indicating they are surprised multi-billion dollar corporations can run into resource limitations. Multi-billion doesn't mean unlimited. I see this all the time.
