Does Madden 23 have the updated PS count of 16 and player eligibility for veterans to be signed to PS?

No. Apart from what EA had setup in the roster file. But once they get released they are no longer eligible for the practice squad. Same with practice squad number of players. EA default has 16 while the franchise itself only allows 12.

Yup, just got off work and I’m going team by team setting them back right and then having to do the depth chart. Woulda been nice to get this update last Thursday so I could have at least played games after I did 2 teams. Now I gotta do the results and go to next week before I can play.

I like preexsisting injuries on even though everyone is on IR, in my tests with 22, it seems to mess up rosters more when I have them off at the start of my CFM.
