Turning of HFA in franchise includes turning off all M-Factors.

Yeah,giving them constructive feedback is always a good thing.I know what you're saying but I personally am giving them a pass on how the refs function if they would only tune the penalty sliders to where we could get a reasonable average again Something that we haven't had for a few years now.I don't have a code yet so I can't give an indicator if there's a way it's achievable right now.
