Madden 24 injuries

I'm kind of curious for those who played the beta how are the injuries in 24? Both in game and in the sim engine. Are they similar to Madden 23?

Good to hear QBs getting injured

How was the balance between OL / DL injuries and those to skill / outfield positions in general ? In 23 it seemed most if not all injuries were in "the trenches " when playing games .

Nice! Other than that, the same? Because I globally edited injuries ratings on 23 and found a setup that I liked. Very tempted to get the deluxe early access to smash out the roster edit and get to franchise!

As someone who has been pushing hard for more sim injuries the past few years in the community i definitely decided that that was going to be the first thing i tested in the beta. And unsurprisingly sim injuries are still very low and still around 60 players injured week to week across the entire league. In game injuries were definitely better and QBs did get injured like others have pointed out. I did ask Deuce if there was a way we could adjust sim injuries and he said it was on their list of things to look at/add. So for now your roster is the best thing we have until this is changed. And im not sure if i said this but thank you for making that roster last year! its a game changer and im sure plenty of other people feel the same way.

Sidenote: the new injury prone prospects generators will be a good addition for people who want more injuries but im not sure how many of those prospects will pop up.

Hey, it was no problem at all. With the injuries being similar, I think I'm just going to punch in the same edits as last year, except maybe dial back the QBs to minus 20 and see how that goes. At least I don't have to spend so much time testing this time around. I live in Australia, and it only couple of hours till the deluxe edition goes live. Good to hear qbs get injured now, also would like to see other position injuries outside of lineman though to.

Also wondering what slider to put injuries on, usually 10 default doesn’t work well

I was planning to do the 75 man roster, but I have found an interesting bug. I can't edit the ratings from the edit rosters on the main page as it changes the years pro for any players. But the ratings can be changed in franchise mode.
Got an example below. I don't think Jake Browning has 31 years experience in the league.20230815_113611.jpeg

It seems it relates to any edit. I just changed a couple of players' positions, and it did the same thing.
Anyway, I will post my planned edits on here if anyone wants to put them in. I just suggest to do it in franchise mode. And I will try and work on a roster at a later date. Don't know if it would have anything to do with the servers being out of whack at the moment.
The edits are:

QB : - 20
RB: - 30
FB: - 40
WR: - 20
TE: - 20
OL: - 15
DL: - 20
LB: - 20
DB: - 30
K: - 60
P: - 60

if Im on Xbox S does that mean i can't download your roster. I too find global roster edits to be essential for franchise play, it is the only way to get injuries to occur during simmed games.

From what I know, community files aren't cross-platform. I could be wrong. Anyway, I haven't done a roster because of the edit bug. I just edited an offline franchise file and saved it as a base file. That's why I posted the edits, so if anyone wants to take the time, they can do it themselves.
