My trial reset

My trial reset on me. I had around 2 hours left on my trial. I went to play last night and it said I had less than 10 hours left. It completely started my game over. It had erased everything I had saved. My roster, franchise, all of it. So I started doing my roster and noticed edit player was back to the way it was in 23. I couldn’t put the hand warmer in the back, only one towel placement, I couldn’t even untuck the jerseys. It was like a madden from a few years ago. Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you possibly download both versions and start playing the last gen version? That would explain all of these things and it's a common occurrence this year since EA decided not to label their versions in M24.
