Madden 24 Equipment, Uniforms & Fields

For those of us who sweat the little things visually. Figured we'd get a list going of missing uniforms, helmets, inaccurate fields, etc. Hopefully EA will patch in some of these.

• MetLife midfield art needs to be updated for the Jets and Giants. It still has the NFL shield but the teams finally have their logo at midfield this year.
• 49ers socks show up as an option for all teams when editing uniforms.
• The Jets throwback alternate helmet is missing. For now, EA put their 1980s helmet that has been in the game for years with the new throwback uniform, but it doesn't have the proper metallic base as their normal helmet.
• The Jets away uniforms have the incorrect socks. They have bright green Color Rush socks. EA meant to have the all-white Color Rush socks but screwed up.
• I don't know if this is by design but you cannot edit socks at the uniform select screen anymore.

I've missed this thread. The Rams helmet horns don't match the yellow in the unis or accessories. Also missing Los Angeles on backs of helmets, It still says end racism. On the speed flex helmets the top chin strap buckle is also wrong color. It should be blue and not yellow. I think Chargers are another team where that's an issue. Lastly I was playing Cardinals and noticed they have red spat tape. But the Rams don't have blue spat tape. It was in M23 so I don't know why it's missing.

I don't know if it fits here, but every coach is wearing a polo tucked into their wierd looking khakis.

I noticed this too. Was playing as the Steelers earlier, Mike Tomlin looks strange in that outfit. Need him in his jacket and aviators. Were the coach models were overlooked, other than updated face scans?

Judging by videos I've seen, I still see that KC changes away colors to Red/White and not giving the option of yellow gloves or red/yellow cleats.

I just wish they had the option that NBA 2K has where you can select the accessory colors in the choose uniform screen.

Gillette stadium Jumbotron and lighthouse don’t reflect recent remodel.

Don’t have option to use primary or secondary colored spats

Dolphins don’t have an all white sock ( color rush option) it will be added next update

Cannot add gold ( 99 ) cleats to players

names on the back of jerseys need to be made a bit larger, some look extremely weird

Shoes too. I highly doubt it’s by design considering you can still scroll through the options. In any event, posting bc the workaround here is to select the uniform that has the socks you want then change the pants and whatnot after the fact. Doesn’t work for shoes though. Shoes don’t seem to change no matter what.

The Cowboys home pants are way too dark and too green. They should look like the link I shared.

I'm thoroughly confused by the no sock selection thing. Definitely seems to be a selective issue, been trying to help someone with it all-day.

Personally I don't have any trouble changing them.

Curious if those of you here suffering that are also on Series X like he is?

I'm having no issues on PS5, but no idea if that's a factor.

It seems like in superstar mode you can edit cleat color for your player individually, maybe they’re working on implementing this for other modes? Either way, doesn’t make much sense that they removed the cleat customization by uniform.

So if you go into create a player / edit uniform you can create a custom uniform which gives an option for the socks and shoes . When you go back out and choose your team, select custom home or away uniform

I noticed this too when I played them. It’s literally listed in this years uniform guide to so it’s not like they are not using them anymore
