This Draft Class Issue Is Unacceptable

I cannot for the life of me believe that they released this game with so many significant issues. Especially, the draft class issue. It is a slap in the face to ALL of us who only play franchise mode. This game/series needs to be completely rebuilt from the ground up. The Menu lag and then seeing screenshots of past Madden games in between transitions is laughable. Home Field Advantage? Ha!

If someone/anyone has any connections whatsoever with a large media outlet, they should fill them in on the disregard from EA for a significant news story. People should be fired for this... its crazy...year after year.

I feel a class action lawsuit is also a very good option. How many of us have have paid our $69 or $99 for a product that has been pushed with False Advertisement.

Not trolling or anything but every year, there is something 'unacceptable' at launch, yet we continue to buy it, thus we are 'accepting' it.

Yes, I understand he 'monopoly' and all of that but there is no lawsuit. The only option that we really have is to temper our expectations because we really do this every single year.

Again, not trolling or anything but this really is the viscous cycle that Madden fans do year after year

The blame falls squarely on those who continue to purchase the game. There is no class-action lawsuit here. That's hilarious to even suggest. I'm not happy with Madden 24, but I blame myself for purchasing it.

The various platforms offer refunds if you purchased your game digitally.

rebuilding the game from the ground up is why we are so behind other sports titles on the franchise mode in the first place

100% agree with the OP. I am to blame though as I but it every year knowing I’m gonna be disappointed. I’m 43 and have bought every Madden on release day, ever, but I think this year is the last straw. Every year now we have to jump through ridiculous hoops just to make this game playable. This year the bugs actually make it impossible. The gane isn’t actually close to good enough to waste the time trying. Every year I quit Madden earlier and earlier. This is record time though. I usually at least make it to 2k release. Not this year though, back to The Show for now

Sadly, with the exclusive license it will never change. They have no incentive to. They can put minimal effort in and despite the poor reviews and negative feedback they’ll still turn a ridiculous profit. They’re laughing all the way to the bank

Feel you're pain bro. I think it makes more sense to just complain to the NFL. Make how terrible EA is another trending topic that gets media attention. It's definitely disheartening, we should be excited about football being back but we're stuck with this soulless bare bones arcade football game.

I know the class action is laughable... just mainly venting because it would be nice to see if someone had the connection/resources.

And everyone is right.. it is my own fault for purchasing.

It is just awful that this is our only option... its 2023!

We can only hope that one day the NFL does away with the exclusiveness of the deal.

I'm not sure blame is the right word. A lot of us purchase the game and continue to play it because we like it. The game definitely has flaws but hopefully EA is aware of any major issues and fixes them via patches.

Doubt it. They’ve been aware that penalties don’t work for a decade and yet….. still nothing.
