Madden 25 Player Edits

Went to edit equipment on Frank Gore Jr. Once I did this, his pic went from his real-life pic to an AI pic. Is this a known issue? Should I just leave it be, or is it cause I changed certain things? I changed his helmet, add elbow pads, long sleeves, and the long under shirt. Thanks for any details.

Yes it happens randomly sometimes. Best advice is to save every time before you edit a player.

This happened to me while changing up some things on Malik Willis. Don't know if this is the trigger, but I changed a bunch of stuff in a single session--some ratings attributes, dev trait, gear, and the length of his current contract. Going forward I'm only changing a couple of things at a time and saving immediately to be safe.

Yeah this is a pain when editing . It’s a glitch and all you have to do is once your done editing a player is save your roster and then go back and load that roster again. This will fix the issue . If you notice that you player has changed,DO NOT edit him. Simply back out and the load the roster again .

Seems to only happen if you accidentally click change head. Then I get that generic black player model everytime after that.

Nah, it happens when you change the size of the player. Basically you need to edit everything but ignore the size of arms,thighs until you saved all your other changes. Then go back into edit and now change his arm size etc and continue without saving. Then go look at it again to be sure and he should still be your edit and not that generic black guy. I stop though. Made 96 qbs and went to work on left footed kickers next and we'll I changed the body size and now changing anything gives me default character model. Yeah could just create a player for the left footed kickers and punters and move on and ignore this frustrating glitch on my Morten Andersen but nah gonna throw in the towel. 96 qbs of classic teams with all throwing motions and made sure that when I uploaded it,you the Downloader would see the actual character when you yourself hit "edit" on my player models and not that generic black guy. But sadly your now not getting 32 classic teams because I won't waste another minute on this game. Maybe madden 26 will not have this glitch. Haha haha yeah right.

I've had at least a little success when holding Y&A when clicking continue without saving. In most cases the player doesn't revert to the generic black player model. It still happens but a lot less than when I just hit A to move on to next screen.
