It would seem that the higher install sizes are actually true Next Gen(NG) programs and the smaller size installs are current gen(CG) ports....If I remember correctly CG Madden 25 installs at 5.3GB?

I remember an interview with an EA employee where they stated one of the reasons for better graphics in NG is they won't have to compress the files...So maybe NG Madden's size is mainly uncompressed graphics and nothing else under the hood?

If someone has to create a positivity thread for a game you know it's probably a bad game. The file size just shows lack of effort from EA sports on all fronts. It's a joke and if EA thinks they will get away with this on next-gen then they are in for a rude awakening.

While I hate that it will and might be 12GBs. I'm still wanting to get it any way. The game will still be a little more solid then current gen is. So I will be getting no matter what.

I played Fifa on PS4 and it feels really nice. Doesn't look special in terms of graphics, but it does feel nice.
