Nah its just for the 2014 draft.... Were going to add more players today to bring the total up to around 40 top draft prospects...
You still have to build them up they average around 70's in overall rating.
Clowney is an 82 I believe. Manziel is an 80 or 81...

So even when the CPU picks them some dont get to start immediately.
For instance the Texans didnt put Manziel at the starter position until week 3 because Shaub was messing up.
