I prefer the Xbox version better it just simply looks better. The colors are more vibrant, the grass fields look better. Even in the created (relocation) stadiums grass look better, not flat like the PS4 version.

Plus with the use of voice and the kinect coming with the Xbox version.
And the way its set up with the NFL and on sundays being able to play the game and watch football at the same time its a no brainer....

Next time ask before you spew that agenda BS...

Wonder which system they are building their game on? That may have a slight advantage. last gen, I always felt madden looked better on xbox. Madden 13 and 25 was a toss up on ps3/360 though. Xbox had less jaggies, but had a a blurry soft sharpness look to it. the PS3 was sharper, but the jaggies were terrible.


IMO this game needs to run at 1080p native, or as close to it as they can get. I noticed it isn't as tight looking as it could be with resolution compared to a few other release games. Also, some of the colors were a little to vivid. Some of the yellows, reds, and blue's are pretty saturated. They get to much saturation before the other colors are optimized IMO. They need to balance out the colors a little more and give it a more realistic look. Players need more shadows, and helmets during gameplay don't have the shine that Madden 12 had on the helmets. They look awesome in close up cut scene type moments though. Jerseys and pants could use slightly more shine on them, and indoor games need to showcase the indoor lighting better. The indoor lights need to really make their helmets and uniforms sparkle a bit, and have better lighting effects.

This is what matters. When it comes to gameplay, the original almost always runs smoother. Anyone know what EA built Madden 25 on?

its the only one on my tv , they both look the same ,both are 1080p
all the resolution nonsense that went on before launch is ridiculous. I have Ryse and that game is 900 or something and the game looks amazing.

I have both and the ps4 looks crisper but the x1 feels a little more responsive.

I have it on the Xbox One. It looks about a 10% increase over current gen. To be honest, if this looks better than the PS4 version, that's not saying alot. I know gameplay is more important, but im a graphics junkie. I guess games like NBA 2K14 and Rome, got my hopes up. I had a PS3 and an Xbox. I didn't buy two new systems to see what I already had. Well I spent my money, so im gonna try to make the best out of this game.
