I need some defensive help

I have been playing online started off 4-1. Then started playing against people using seahawks, patriots and denver. A lot of no huddle issues, stopping the run at times or even a pass. I try zones, zone biltz and man to man. I sometimes stop the run and other times they do a toss and get 30 yards or go up the middle for a big gain. Then I get these cheap plays to gronk or they run the same play, because its cheap. I need some defensive tips. I use Green Bay mainly. Any help would be appreciated.

I would recommended hitting practice mode hard and try to find some good run stopping plays. When i play online i force ppl to pass. Control the safety and bring him down to stuff the run.

Then when they pass i bring tons of heat and try to force a mistake. The pass coverage is so good this year that they are bound to make a mistake if they keep passing.

Also if they are running the same play over and over then that is your fault because your not adjusting.

Recognize his pattern or scheme and make the adjustments to stop it.
