The problem with that is the manual press (outside of the default press from Man Under) is too inconsistent. Your basically banking on getting an animation that rarely plays out the way it should through ratings. And even if you do get said animation, if the QB has time he will throw at an arc that allows the WR to seperate and get past the CB everytime. Regardless of speed, acceleration, coverage, etc. Its just sad either way you look at it.

If You run Cover 3


Then Hot Route Press Coverage, Then Press Triangle, Triangle (Or Y,Y on Xbox)


It Will "Fake" The Press Coverage. Your Guys Will Be At The Line Of Scrimmage... But They Wont Try And Jam.


Its a GREAT Way to disguise coverage when playing ONLINE. Most players think your going Press coverage, they hot route a streak/post... and boom, Richard Sherman In a Deep 1/3 Zone.


Or To just mix looks up against players online.


You can Also do this in Cover 1 man Under. Obviously You can Do This for Any defensive play. But it works beautifully with Cover 1, Cover 3
