This is what I got after downloading today's update. It's set all my stuff to zero(audio, skiers, penalties,etc) and set 1 minute quarters with a runoff to zero seconds! And I can't change the runoff. There's other issues I'm sure as I haven't messed with it much. No matter what I try it didn't recognize my profile. But it did have my ccm saved. But when I went to it and reset all my skiers and other settings and went to play a game, the game starts up but after the kickoff I can't select a play. Can't do anything.

Hot garbage .

Has this happened to anyone else? What are my options here?

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game and I'm getting the same deal. My game is toast. W T F?

Delete your profile and restart the game.

I'm pretty calm. I tried searching but I'm on a tablet and I couldn't open the search box for some reason. I did as you suggested to no avail. I then deleted all Madden files and after starting the game twice with a freeze, on the third try it worked fine.

Im having same issue.

No sounds, sliders set to 0 cant adjust any thing.

This is second time its happened to me. I had to delete my profile and reinstall the game last time. Reimport all the slider sets and set up all the settings again. Its like the profile is corrupting somehow. I hate to do all of that again

I noticed the sound drops off at the loadup screen for rosters official. It seems this happens after I download the new rosters every week

This has happened to me twice already and I really don't know what causes it . But all you have to do is delete the profile no need to reinstall. You do however have to reset your gameplay settings but the CPU and Plyr sliders should still be able to load correctly if you have them saved..

This time around I deleted the profile and all my franchise settings were ok even the gameplay ones. The only thing I had to reset was penalties and subs .... I decided not to do the subs yet though
