Auto-sub glitch/throwing the ball away

Hi I had a couple of questions for Madden 25 on PS4:

There appears to be a auto-sub glitch in the game where my starting receivers/running backs are replaced by the backups for the rest of the game. I can understand my starters being out for a few plays or even a series but not for 2-3 quarters... Is there a way to deactivate or override auto-subs? My sliders are both 70 for fatigue and min player speed threshold - does this make a difference?

As well, my quarterback that i drafted is incapable of throwing the ball away. I enabled this feature through player progression/XP but he is still not throwing the ball away. Any way to fix this?

Auto subs do not work properly. If you raise fatigue to try and get more subs you'll see disappearing players. You will rarely if ever see your starting running back come off even with a 99/100 sub setting. It's pretty much a lost cause and has been broken for several years.
