Keep track of franchise stats and update player XP over the internet. Major drawback IMO is the risk of getting disconnected from the EA server, in which case you have to restart the game (once you're re-connected to the EA servers) in order for it to progress.

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Since I can't play NBA2k, it is time to give Madden some love. I'm going to try to provide weekly update on my Browns Owner's Mode. I'm currently going into week 3, so to kick things off here is the CFM reset.

Settings:
All-Pro
15 Min (14 Sec Play Clock)
Owner - Lifelong Fan

Preseason Key Transactions:
- Traded Trent Richardson to the Raiders for (1st and 7th)
- Signed Beanie Wells (1 Year, 800K) Owner is a Buckeye Fan!
- Released Montario Hardesty
- Traded Owen Marecic to Lions (5th and 6th)
- Signed Shaun Rogers (1 Year, 910K) Due two two injuries at DT. Hated signing him and will probably release him once players are recovered.

Week 1 - Miami 13 Browns 31

Highlights:
- Tannehill knocked out of game on first series running a read option. TJ Ward blew the play up, forcing a fumble recovered by the Browns.
- Matt Moore entered the game, throwing 3 picks and fumbling on another read option play that was blown up.
- Brandon Weeden injured after going 11-22, 1 TD and 142 yds.
- Campbell Finished the game 7-12, 2 TD 2 INT and 87 yds.
- Beanie Wells 102 rush yards, 1 rush TD and 63 rec yds and 1 rec td.
- Great game by the defense, D'Qwell Jackson 2 INT's while Paul Kruger pitched in a couple of sacks.

Week 2 - Browns 23 Ravens 16

Highlights:
- This game was a fight until the final gun.
- Ray Rice went crazy the first 3 quarters until slowing in the 4th finishing with 25 carries 139 yards and 1 TD.
- Beanie Wells 19 carries for 137 and 1 TD.
- TJ Ward forces a fumble blasting Dennis Pitta over the middle, Browns recovered.
- Jason Campbell did a good job managing the game.
- The scored was tied at 16 in the 4th. A Flacco interception set the Browns up for the game winning touchdown.

- Shaun Rodgers was cut after the game.
- Browns sign C CJ Davis (1yr, 680K)

Next Game @ Vikings

Other Notes:
- Trent Richardson has 25 Carries for 120 rushing yards and 0 TD's through 2 weeks.
- Raiders are 0-2.
- The might Jags are 2-0.
- S.F. 0-2
- Brandon Weeden is out 1 more week.
- C Alex Mack is out 2 weeks.
- Browns have sole possession of the AFC North.

Yes, and it's above average surprisingly. Rice is in the top 12 in most of the major rushing stats.

Flacco through week 10 has 15 TDs and 21 INTs. I've never finished a season with more INTs then TDs and never had a losing season. Both are possible with the way things are going.

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Browns 24 (3-0) Vikings 17 (1-2)

The Browns catch a break with Peterson unable to play in the game. Still this proved to be a very tough game for the Brownies as they fell behind 10-0 in the 1st quarter. Jason Campbell and company struggled to move the ball early in the game. When they did move the ball disaster stuck. Campbell threw a couple picks and was sacked 7 times in the ball game. 3rd Down Conversions were rare for the Browns tonight.

Luckily, the defense played a good game. They only forced one turnover, however they kept the Vikings in check most of the game. Gerhart did rush for 122 yards, but 55 of those came on one play in the fourth quarter. The Browns rally down 17-7 in the fourth via a couple Beanie Wells TD's, in fact Beanie had all 3 touchdowns for the Browns and 95 yards on 20 carries in the game. Jason Campbell finished 30 of 40 for 303 yards and 2 INT's.

Next Game: Bengals (1-2) @ Browns (3-0)

Just finished season 1. The Denver Broncos defeated the Green Bay Packers to win the Super Bowl. Peyton Manning decides to retire.

I'm controlling all 32 teams but I'm focusing on my Detroit Lions. Finished 8-8 year 1. Fired Schwartz, looking towards a brighter future!

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Just finished the regular season of my second season with the Colts. Went 14-2 and got the first seed in the AFC. Both losses came against Jacksonville and of course that's who I'm playing in the divisional round, should be a good one.

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Moved the Browns to 5-0. Beat the Bengals 27-13 and the Bills 34-31 in OT. Weeded broke his collar bone vs the Bills. We kicked a FG at the end of regulation to send the game to OT and then another one in the last minute of OT to win.

Before the Bills game I signed Barner for a change of pace. Also cut my kicker Graham who missed several kicks and picked up a kid with a strong leg out of WMU.

The Lions are up next.

Re: Madden 25 Next Gen - How's Your CFM Going?

Just finished the first regular season with the Ravens. After starting 2-5 I was able to finish 10-6 and get the division title. Here are some stats:

Flacco finished with 3,546 yards, 32 TDs, 30 INTs, 68%
Rice finished with 1,684 yards on 284 att with 16 TDs and a long of 83.
T. Smith finished with 76 rec 880 yards and 9 TDs

MVP: Peyton Manning with 4,717 yards, 41 TDs, 11 INTs, 73%
CotY: Chad Masters, Pats went 13-3

Going up against the Steelers in the Wild Card, already beat them twice. Also, that is the craziest TD/INT ratio I have ever had. Would have been worse but I had some 5/0 games toward the end. Hopefully I can keep it under control.
