Why can't I connect to EA's server?

I just bought the Xbox One and maddden 25, but when I turn my game on it tells me EA's servers are not available.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Are the servers down, or is it just me?

Can someone just answer me, I've been fighting the Xbox One for an hour, I just want to download the latest rosters and play a game. Setting this thing up is a nightmare.

Looks like the servers are down. I can't connect on Madden or Battlefield right now.

So I'm not crazy?

I've been messing with this Xbox One for 2 hours. First was black screen at startup. Then I had to call tech to get it working with my surround sound.

And now this....

I'm so frustrated. I've been the owner of an Xbox one for hours yet I haven't actually played a game yet.

How long has then DDOS attack been going on?

I'm surprised it's not being talked about on OS more.... Isn't everyone stopped from playing on line because of it?
