The reason is that they are probably hard at work on '15, at this point. I don't blame them.

I'd much rather have a more fleshed out '15 that have 25 get a patch that will only improve the gameplay minimally.

So we just give them our money for basically free, they ahve no need to fix the problems they put into the game?
