Yes, I am aware of that, but it only happens when the USER does it. If you are playing against someone who is NOT usering the D line, you will not see this happen.

Just messing, but they probably can if it wasn't a terrible injury and the defense decided to call it quits.

I think the more important aspect is that the injured limper in the Madden video was actually out running healthy football players. Rewatch the video and you'll see limpster separating from the defenders, creating even more space. Either it was all for aesthetics, injuries didn't matter or ratings for the injured wasn't factored.

Probably aesthetics, like most of the stuff Tiburon adds. Like I remember when they added slips in the rain, and if you threw to a player that slipped he'd just warp from off the ground into a catch animation, LOL! That has been fixed from what I've noticed but man, that pissed me off.

I think now when players are injured their ratings due to get cut but obviously it's not real time when the injury happens like it should be and like it is in FIFA. You try to run around with an injured guy and he feels injured. Not only that Madden needs a rating overhaul. I feel like FIFA has less ratings but the players play so much differently because of how those ratings are translated to the field. Madden has all these ratings that don't seem to mean or do anything. Not to mention multiple ratings for pretty similar stuff.
