This year was defense. Pretty sure next year will be the year they address passing and WR/DB interactions.

It appears EA is milking this license for all it is worth. Small improvements check, casual friendly improvements check. Player models look improved but animations looks like they kept stuff from previous generations. This is the game that really built their brand and this is where we are at 25 or so years later? This is just an overall letdown for where we should be in 2014. Maybe a few more videos may blow me away but just meh...

I like what I saw. Looks good. And really liking what I'm hearing in regards to the improvements to defense. Very welcomed this year that they focused on defense this year. Long overdue in this series in my opinion.

Can't wait to see the game in action on the show floor.

Looks damn good to me. And the cone mechanic looks like a good idea. While it may be an eye sore they may be on to something.

I'm glad you can turn off the cone I like to play like I'm watching it on tv.

from what ive read on the cone and all the player indicators, they will be turned on in rookie and pro levels and turned off once you get to all madden.
