Not sure if you played the PS4 version, but it actually was way better than the PS3 version.

Possibly. I'm not a mod, I don't know why they chose to lock it rather than move it. Could have been because this has already been an ongoing discussion in the 2k Subforum of the Other Games forum (the 2k comeback thread, to be precise).
