Did I hear right that the NCAA Football guys are working on the Gen 3 version of Madden?

So for the few minutes of the presentation I listed too,
Halftime show with stat banners, and highlights
Pergame show in a 3d ea sports set? (Did I hear that correctly?)
Stadium exterior shots are back with a gen 4 look.

Re: Gameplay and presentation interview with Rex Dickson and Brian Murray

Guys to be honest we will never get a complete presentation package with Madden. It will not happen, not this year, not next year, and not 5 years from now no matter how much we ask. They put something small in, and say "here ya go now shuddup please", but it's done halfway.

And then next year, they'll look at sales and say "well that wasn't productive with sales so we're taking it out. Sorry presentation fans, you had your shot and it failed."

I'm not whining. But 3 things will NEVER happen I promise you.

1. Dynamic Pre Game Show where they discuss the game last week, key matchups, statistics, trends, hot and cold streaks, how the teams playing are doing during the season so far and injuries.

2. Halftime shows that show OTHER games in the NFL, not just yours. With full commentary that go along WITH the highlights, and excitement kinda like Chris Berman had.

3. Dynamic Post Game Show where they discuss the big plays with highlights and commentary THAT GOES WITH IT, statistics, injuries, other big games that happened in the NFL. It doesn't have to be every other game. Just a few. Complete with highlights, commentary that goes with it, and a level of excitement.

We won't get this though. Not until a different company takes over the NFL license.

I'm not complaining. I'm not trolling. I'm telling the truth. I've given up on this folks.

The title could be a bit misleading as it appears they discuss gameplay and presentation.

No Mention of a Off-Season update show, was thinking along the lines of a SportsCenter update.

Nothing Said about NFL Draft Presentation.

Hopefully there will be a CFM Blog as to what was added of fixed for this year.

That is one thing I really wish Madden would have adopted from NCAA is the studio updates. That would go a long way into adding presentation to the game and be a great addition late in the season for playoff scenarios.

I am quietly holding out hope they reveal this when Franchise upgrades are mentioned, but highly doubt it.

Re: Gameplay and presentation interview with Rex Dickson and Brian Murray

Decided to post in this thread so that this doesn't get buried in page #39 or so of the other thread that has the gameplay trailer video.

But, has anyone in any other thread addressed the following two animations from the Madden 15 trailer? If anyone gets a chance to ask the developers between now and the game release date, would be nice to have them address these type of animations in the game.

Patrick Willis (#52) attempts to go to swat down a pass, but in mid air "decides" to throw a big hit on the seahawks' receiver. #52 never plants his feet to throw the tackle. Something like this should have been an EITHER OR rather than essentially BOTH simultaneously.

Next screen grabs showcases a swat animation (Atlanta Falcon) that sticks out like a sore thumb. Looks extremely awkward that seems to have always been in the Madden series.

@0:37 mark and @0:38 mark
